Exceleras Continues to Expand the Power of its Platforms

Another regular update adds power and functionality to industry-leading technology platform

GLENCOE, IL -- May 30, 2017 -- Exceleras, creator of the DispoSolutions Real Estate Owned (REO), ValueSolutions Collateral Valuation and ClearView Offer Management platforms, announced the release of scheduled updates for its platforms this week. Among the new features the company has added is the ability for REO Administrators to include documents and files as attachments when sending custom tasks.

"DispoSolutions users have long had the ability to copy and paste an attachment into a custom task, but it wasn't convenient enough. We've made it much easier," said Amy Bergseth, Chief Operating Officer for Exceleras. "Now that our tools are being used for so much more than REO disposition, tasks not directly related to sales agents are becoming more common. Our customers continue to push for ease of use and increased power and I'm proud to say that we're delivering it on schedule."

The custom task functionality built into DispoSolutions allows the user to create a task that can be sent to anyone at any time, even if the recipient is not a registered user of the system. The task can then be tracked easily through to completion. Attachments can now be added to these tasks without leaving the system. Documents, such as Service Level Agreements, Waivers or Instructions, can be programmed to always be attached to certain custom tasks or different documents can be attached each time the task is initiated. Users are implementing these new tasks to work with new vendor classes, including attorneys, field services companies and others.

Exceleras develops, updates and maintains all of the software it offers to the market. The company has established a schedule of regular updates, which it shares with its customers. As new requirements come to light, they are added to the schedule and then released to the company's users on time.

"Custom tasks were a real innovation and added a lot of power to a platform that for years had been used primarily by servicers and asset managers for REO disposition," said Exceleras President and CEO Michael Harris. "Our systems have gone well beyond that now and are currently being used by our traditional clients but also investors, community-based organizations, property managers and others who need to manage real estate portfolios. Building out this functionality allows us to deliver the most powerful and flexible technology platform available to meet their needs."
